Jason Gomez
General Manager

Job Duties:

Manage, train, and develop the PROBuild leadership team. Create and implement business strategy to ensure company growth, productivity, and profitability.

About Jason:

Jason is a family man; he has a wife, 3 daughters and 1 son. Jason also stays true to the Pacific Northwest culture by loving the outdoors. Specifically, he enjoys fishing and swimming.


Jason has over 12 years of restoration experience and holds a degree in construction management from Simpson university. He also is IIRCA certified for Fire, Water, Smoke and Mold.

Chris Gale
Reconstruction Manager

Job Duties:

Oversee and implement company processes, budgets, and staffing. Ensure timely and quality work while controlling cost to both the company and customers.

About Chris:

Chris enjoys traveling and spending time with his kids and grandkids. He is also known to play a bad round of gold and will jump at any chance he gets to get on a boat.


After serving 20 years active duty with the Coast Guard Chris became an insurance claims adjuster before beginning his career with PROBuild. Chris is Certified as a Fire, Smoke and Water technician as well as a licensed insurance adjuster in Oregon and Washington.

William Mitchell
Production manager

Job Duties:

Manage, train, and develop the PROBuild warehouse crew. Implement company processes to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.

About William:

William is enjoys spending time with his family and is dedicated to his job. He finds the process of getting someone back into their home after a devasting fire or water loss extremely rewarding.


William has been in the restoration industry for over 38 years.

Tim Wilder
Project Manager

Job Duties:

Oversee and coordinate the reconstruction process, material acquisition and vendor scheduling. Communicate information and project updates to insurance adjusters and customers.

About Tim Wilder:

Tim Wilder enjoys spending time with his partner and 2 daughters. He also spends time mountain biking and snowboarding.


Tim Wilder has over 10 years of restoration experience. He is also IICRC certified in Water, Fire and Smoke.

Tim Sapp
Project Manager

About Tim Sapp:

Tim Sapp is a husband of 30 years and father of 3 beautiful and intelligent children. Tim Sapp likes to play golf and restore classic cars and trucks.


Tim Sapp has over 30 years of construction and restoration experience. He started his construction career at the age of 15 and has been honing his skills ever since; with the last 30 years focused on residential and commercial restoration and reconstruction. At the age of 45 Tim received his bachelor’s degree in architectural design.

Kat Mckinney
Assistant Project Manager

Job Duties:

Responsible for updating job files, corresponding with vendors and sub-contractors, permitting, budget and timelines. Kat is training to become a project manager and is often on-site training and honing her skills.

About Kat:

Kat is an adventurer, ex-restaurateur and an animal-lover. You can find Kat hiking new trails, trying new games, or traveling to a new city. She often reminisces on her past expressions through food and gets lost in thoughts of new recipes, new restaurants or grocery stores and new challenges in the kitchen. Her ultimate dream is to own an animal sanctuary.


Kat initially worked on the contents side of restoration and quickly grew into the reconstruction side. She moved into a project coordinator role and now has been promoted into the assistant project manager position.
